Casa Camaleón: sandblasted Rojo Alicante façade after almost ten years
— why natural stone
stone does not age.
it matures.

Isaac Peral’s Casa Camaleón in Pinoso is almost ten years old and does not look it. Its Rojo Alicante has settled with sun, rain and use, without deteriorating. That is what sets a noble material apart: it gains character over the years instead of losing it. No material that imitates stone does that.

character
Every block is unique. No piece repeats, and the project shows it.
durability
Centuries, not decades. In Verona people still walk on fifteenth-century marble steps.
natural and local
A natural material, with treatments and finishes suited to each use and, where possible, from a nearby quarry: a smaller footprint.

— from criterion to detail

before recommending a material,
we understand it.

An architecture background is not a credential. It is what allows us to discuss frost resistance, absorption coefficients or dimensional tolerances without needing anyone to translate.

When we specify a material, we have already considered the junction detail, the constructive logic and its long-term behaviour. Not just the finish.

Architect · Registered Commercial Agent · Alicante
the right material,
at the right moment,
changes a project.
I am an architect. I know the quarry, the industrial process, the finishes and the real limitations of each material. I have access to what you won’t find in a catalogue — and to what you didn’t know you needed.

I don’t talk like a stone dealer. I speak your language. And I have access to the world you don’t see.

I am a registered and independent commercial agent: with no stock of my own, I don’t have to sell you the stone I have in storage, but the one that works best in your project.
